Nilton Takagi is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Department of Information Systems of the University of Minho/Portugal and an Adjunct Professor at the Computing Institute of the Federal University of Mato Grosso/Brazil. He is also a member of the ALGORITMI Research Centre and a PhD candidate in Technologies and Information Systems at the University of Minho. He holds an M.Sc. in Informatics, MBA in Project Management, and a graduate in Computer Science. In private companies and public institutions, he has held positions as PMO director, IT manager, ERP development team manager, and project manager in several project types. His current research interests are project management (addressing IS, success management and public sector) and business process management.
